1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Artec platform operated by Artec Studio LLC ("Artec," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Artec is an invite-only creator marketplace that connects brands with vetted content creators for short-form video campaigns. We provide tools for job posting, creator discovery, application management, content scoring, and payment tracking.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of Artec. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Creator Terms
Creators on Artec are admitted on an invite-only basis. By joining as a creator and linking a social account, you grant Artec permission to display your public profile information and metrics from the social accounts you explicitly connect to Artec to brands on the platform. You retain ownership of all content you create.
5. Brand Terms
Brands may post jobs, review creator applications, and hire creators through the platform. All compensation agreements between brands and creators are facilitated through Artec. Brands agree to pay creators according to the terms specified in each job posting.
6. Payments
Artec facilitates payments between brands and creators. Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are determined by individual job agreements. Artec may charge a platform fee as disclosed at the time of transaction.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the operation of the platform; scrape or collect data from the platform without authorization; or circumvent any access controls or security measures.
8. Intellectual Property
The Artec platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Artec Studio LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Artec is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artec Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of Artec after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
